We are now open on Mondays again the opening times are 10am-8pm
*Skating lessons and ice hockey practice open as usual.
Our session times are:
10.00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m.
12.00 p.m. - 2.00 p.m
2.00 p.m. - 4.00 p.m
4.00 p.m. - 6.00 p.m
6.00 p.m. - 8.00 p.m
8.00 p.m. -10.00 p.m
This 2 hour slot allows time to get your skates on and off.
• Management reserve the right to change session times at short notice.

***Please note we are closed from 6pm-10pm on a Monday for private lessons and Ice Hockey.***
And Skate UK is on Thursdays at 5-6pm

We recommend very young or elderly skaters visit on weekdays as early as possible
The 8.00 p.m -10.00 p.m session tends to have disco lighting and louder music.
There is a £1.00 Entry fee to the building for everyone except on shows times during the Christmas period.
Skating costs £5.00 per person for a 2 hour session regardless of age.
Booking is not necessary for parties less than 20 people during normal skating times

We have 3 Skating Instructors at Ice Experience, Delphine former French synchronised skating champion and level 2 skating coach, Pauline level 3 skating coach and former head coach at the national ice sports centre in Nottingham and Doreen Hoppe
Ice Dance Coach
Doreen Hoppe.........Appeared on BBC1 Strictly Ice Dancing and Strictly Come Dancing. NISA member and Licensed Level 3 Ice Dance Coach and Choreographer. Recent results include British Novice Ice Dance
Champions. Now teaching Anglia televisions news reader’s Clare Weller and Stephen Lee-Showing.
SKATE UK is a NISA Approved course for beginers upwards- you can obtain 1-10 badge levels. Here at the Ice Experience on Thursdays 5-6 the rink is closed to the public during this time and the rink is for SKATE UK pupils only.
